Cailin Mateleska, LMHC, ATR
Committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental environment, Cailin believes that all people have the capacity to heal and grow when provided the time and space to do so. Through the use of authenticity, empathic listening, and a skills-based approach, Cailin and her clients work collaboratively to create a space for change, understanding, and healing to occur.
Cailin is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and registered art therapist (ATR) with more than six years of experience working with adults and adolescents in various mental health and community settings, both domestically and abroad. She is trained in a wide range of methods she draws from to individualize care. These include art therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and family-based treatment.
Cailin’s areas of specialty include the treatment of trauma, eating disorders and body image issues, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, stress management, and personal/career transitions.
