Rachael Pucillo, LMHC
Rachael is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with many years of clinical experience in the mental health field. She has been a therapist and clinical supervisor in both residential and outpatient centers, as well as an adjunct professor at Lesley University. Rachael’s approach towards all clients is one of compassion, education, and empathy. She believes in the power of vulnerability as a catalyst for lasting change, as well as the importance of education and information throughout the process.
For the past five years, Rachael has been highly involved in the assessment and treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating. Most recently, Rachael has been the assistant clinical director of a residential eating disorder treatment center where she has cultivated a significant understanding of the intricacies and complexities of this diagnosis.
Rachael has enjoyed helping clients with a variety of clinical challenges including depression, anxiety, addiction, and eating disorders. She is also educated in trauma-informed treatment and takes a compassionate and educated approach to helping clients understand and navigate the healing process.
