Rahel received her master's degree in mental health counseling from Boston College. Prior to working at LGC, she worked in college counseling, and also provided in-home and group therapy to adults and young children.

Rahel uses an integrative therapeutic approach, with a particular emphasis on providing trauma informed and neurodiversity affirming care. Rahel also integrates Client Centered Theory, Relational Cultural Theory, CBT, DBT, and Feminist Theory. She strives to create a non-judgmental and collaborative relationship, while recognizing her client's intersecting identities and the contextual barriers they might face.

Rahel is interested in working with diverse clients and issues. While her primary clinical interests include trauma and ADHD, she is also passionate about working with clients seeking support around depression, anxiety, self-esteem, domestic violence, parenting, relationship issues, stress management, and life transitions.
