Glen is a trauma-informed therapist with a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University. He has trained extensively in the Hakomi method of mindfulness and body-based therapy and also draws upon Internal Family Systems (IFS/"parts work").
Glen has a gentle, warm and accepting approach that helps bring awareness and deep healing to the parts of us that need it most. Clients remark that Glen's calmness, non-judgmental attitude, compassion and encouragement help them feel understood and better able to navigate their suffering. He also acknowledges the role that cultural, ancestral and environmental forces can play in an individual's mental health.
Glen is interested in working with folks with anxiety, depression, traumatic histories, self-esteem issues, substance use problems, gender identity issues, grief or loss, those impacted by systemic and cultural marginalization and relationship issues. He also has personal experience with and is interested in supporting folks dealing with burnout, career transitions, chronic illness or disability, psychedelic integration, those interested in spiritual development and those who have jobs in technology.
Previously, Glen worked in the field of technology for a decade before a career shift to become a therapist. He has been an avid meditator in both Tibetan and Plum Village traditions of Buddhism for almost a decade and is informed by Buddhist psychology. He is always looking to learn from his clients and grow his competencies.

Glen is currently working toward independent licensure as a mental health professional. During that time, he is operating under the license of his clinical supervisor.
