Victoria approaches therapy as a collaborative and relational process, rooted in trust, safety and respect. She believes in creating a space where clients feel heard, empowered and supported in working toward their goals. Her clinical work is grounded in anti-oppressive frameworks and a deep understanding of how systemic oppression, cultural identity and life experiences shape mental health. She draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Cultural Relational Therapy. Her approach is person-centered and adaptive, centering on clients’ strengths while tailoring her work to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Victoria is especially interested in supporting clients through trauma recovery, grief and loss, identity development and relationship challenges. She is committed to providing thoughtful, inclusive care to individuals of all backgrounds and abilities.
Victoria is currently working toward independent licensure as a mental health professional.
During that time, she is operating under the license of her clinical supervisor.
