Clinical Supervision & Consultation
Our team of experienced clinical supervisors is available for clinical supervision for pre-licensed clinicians working toward independent licensure and experienced therapists looking for ongoing professional development.
We also offer clinical consultations for those seeking specialized clinical support for particular cases or themes.
Our supervisors receive training and ongoing support around providing clinical supervision. We are committed to providing a holding and supportive space as well as challenging clinicians toward growth.
Our clinicians only work with adult clients, so our supervision services are most appropriate for adult clinical work.

Clinical Supervisors

Clinical Supervisor/Therapist he/him/his Joe has been a clinical social worker since completing his masters at Boston College in 2011. He has supervised both early career and seasoned clinicians throughout his career. Joe works primarily from the lenses of CBT, ACT, MI and solution-focused interventions. With a background in both forensic and higher education settings, Joe has worked with a wide variety of clients at different levels of acuity. Joe is also highly focused on helping clinicians work with clients showing cluster B personality types and raising awareness about how this influences the therapeutic alliance. Joe is available for clinical supervision for pre-licensed & licensed clinicians. He also provides clinical consultations around alcohol use, working with college students and working with narcissistic personality traits.

Alice Mathews Hardy, LICSW
Clinical Supervisor/Therapist she/her/hers Alice is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and received her masters from Simmons University School of Social Work. At LGC she serves as a therapist and supervisor to clinicians and interns. Alice specializes in working with clients with eating disorders, body image concerns, OCD and anxiety. She has particular interest in working with binge eating disorders. Alice is Health at Every Size (HAES) and Body Liberation informed and loves to help others bring these concepts into their clinical practice. Alice is available for clinical supervision for pre-licensed & licensed clinicians. She also provides clinical consultations around eating disorders, body image/HAES and OCD.

Hillary Brown, LICSW
Clinical Supervisor/ Therapist she/her/hers Hillary is passionate about supervising clinicians who want to deepen their client relationships beyond problem-solving treatment models. Hillary provides direction by integrating EFT, family systems, psychodynamic and attachment therapies. Hillary is also passionate about helping clinicians develop their self-as-the-therapist skills to better leverage countertransference in the therapeutic relationship. Hillary can provide input for therapists conducting individual psychotherapy, as well as couples therapy. Hillary holds warmth, authenticity, sturdy boundaries and regard for the client's experience at the heart of her work. Hillary is available for clinical supervision for pre-licensed & licensed clinicians. She also provides clinical consultations around relationships and couples therapy, pre and postpartum mental health, sexual trauma and veteran's health.

Kim Johnson, LMHC, MT-BC
Clinical Supervisor/ Therapist she/they Kim is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Board Certified Music Therapist who received their masters from Lesley University in 2017. At Looking Glass, she serves as a therapist and supervisor to both licensed and pre-licensed clinicians. In practice, she primarily integrates DBT, CPT and music/expressive based interventions and particularly enjoys working with LGBTQ+ clients. In supervision, she is passionate about helping clinicians build awareness and confidence as they develop their own unique approach to the work. Kim has experience providing guidance to therapists for individual and group therapy, including creative and thoughtful modifications to accommodate diverse presentations in a neuro-affirming, culturally humble way. Kim deeply believes in cultivating a supportive, authentic space where clinicians feel empowered to grow. Kim is available for clinical supervision for pre-licensed & licensed clinicians. They also provide clinical consultations around integrating DBT and music therapy into adult outpatient work.

Lou Lim, LMHC, REAT
Expressive Therapy Supervisor/ Therapist he/him/his Lou supervises individuals working toward their Registered Expressive Arts Therapist (REAT) credential from the International Expressive Arts Therapy Association (IEATA). A registered expressive arts therapist since 2015, Lou earned a degree in expressive arts therapy from Lesley University. Lou has offered supervision and consultation using expressive arts therapy in settings including group therapy, psychiatric day treatment, community bereavement work with children and university supervision for off-site internships. Supervision with Lou includes exploring one's identity as an expressive arts therapist from a multicultural lens, learning how to use the expressive arts in the clinical space and receiving support to foster and advocate for one's professional identity. Lou draws from psychodynamic, clinician-centered and narrative frameworks. Lou relies on the power of self as instrument and a strengths-based approach to help supervisees see and achieve their potential as an expressive arts therapist. Lou is available for REAT supervision and for clinical consultations around expressive arts therapy.

Jen Rosselli, LMHC
Therapist she/her/hers Jen received her masters in Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University in 2017. Additionally she holds an MFA also from Lesley. Jen’s areas of expertise include working with clients in LGBTQIA+ communities who are navigating neurodivergence, trauma, kink and alternative relationship structures that fall under the umbrella of consensual non-monogamy, including polyamory. She supports clinicians who want to deepen their understanding of these areas, navigate clinical and ethical questions and build more affirming and culturally responsive approaches to care. Her consultation style is collaborative and practical, helping therapists feel more confident and supported in their work. Jen is committed to strengthening the mental health field by helping clinicians expand their competence in working with diverse identities and nontraditional relationship frameworks. Through consultation, she aims to foster more inclusive, thoughtful,and effective therapeutic care for diverse communities. Jen is available for clinical consultations around working with polyamory, consensual non-monogamy and kink.

Vicky Brandt, LMHC
Owner/Therapist she/her/hers Vicky has over 20 years of experience working as a psychotherapist, and specializes in working with complex trauma, parenting and attachment wounds. She has advanced training in IFS (Level 2), maternal mental health, EMDR, polyvagal theory, and the DARe method (Dynamic Attachment Re-patterning experience). She regularly provides clinical trainings on attachment, trauma and polyvagal theory to staff clinicians at Looking Glass. Vicky is available for clinical consultation around attachment, parenting and polyvagal theory.
