Nicole earned her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Cambridge College, and is both a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Social Work Associate. She has experience working with children, families and young adults, as well as experience working with all age groups in crisis throughout Boston as a mobile crisis clinician. 

Nicole takes a collaborative and non-pathological approach to therapy and celebrates her clients’ strengths. She integrates a solution-focused approach by helping her clients clarify their goals and explore resources that are available to them. She will both support and challenge you. 

Nicole utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing. She is experienced in working with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and behavioral issues.
