Taylor is a licensed mental health counselor with a master's degree from Cambridge College, where she specialized in trauma studies. She believes humor, authenticity and connection all play important roles in the therapeutic process.

Taylor takes an eclectic, client-centered approach to support her clients. She incorporates a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Additionally, she is a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional and enjoys supporting parents throughout their journey. Taylor is also deeply committed to supporting individuals experiencing perinatal loss, offering compassionate care and guidance through one of life’s most challenging and sensitive experiences.
 

She has experience in diverse mental health settings, including community mental health, primary care and partial hospitalization programs. Taylor takes a trauma-informed approach, empowering individuals through evidence-based practices, fostering resilience and promoting overall well-being.
